Size chart sports t-shirts
For horizontal measurements, please hold the tape measure parallel to the floor.
Tip: If you don't have a tailor's tape measure, please use a string and then measure it.
A chest
Place one end of the tape measure at the fullest part of the chest and bring the tape around the back (under the armpits, over the shoulder blades) to where you started.
B waist
Place the band at the narrowest part of the waist and measure all around.
C hip
Place the beginning of the tape measure on one hip and bring the tape over the fullest part of the hip back to where you started measuring.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
For our shirts we use the most modern direct-to-garment (DTG) printing technology and high-quality ink that lasts a long time with appropriate care.
Printed garments can be machine washed cold, inside out and on a gentle cycle using a gentle detergent and similar colors. Only use non-chlorine bleach when absolutely necessary. You should not use fabric softener or dry clean the items.
DTG printed items can be tumble dried on a low cycle, but it is best to let them air dry. It is best to iron them inside out. The print must not be ironed.
Follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading or damaging the print. The shirt can also shrink if you wash or dry it at too high a temperature.
